For the days you’ll wish you could live twice.
Children grow. Seasons change. And somehow, the days we thought would last forever become the ones we wish we could step back into.
I think about this often as a mom.
How quickly little hands become big ones. How the baby who once fit perfectly against your chest eventually outgrows your arms. How your family changes before you even realize it’s happening.
And that’s why photographs matter so much to me.
Because we don’t always realize what we’ll miss until it’s gone — the tired little hand reaching for you, the way your husband looks at you across the room, the chaos around the dinner table, the ordinary Tuesday that didn’t seem important at the time.
Not just what your life looks like, but what it feels like to live it. That’s what I want to capture.
Because someday, these photographs won’t just remind you what you looked like.
They’ll remind you who you were.
MORE LIVING. LESS POSING.
You don’t need to know how to pose, have perfectly behaved children, or even have everyone looking at the camera. I will guide you, without manufacturing moments that don’t belong to you. We’ll move and play. We’ll laugh and wander. And you will have just enough direction to make beautiful photographs while leaving plenty of room for the real stuff to happen.
PHOTOGRAPHS THAT FEEL LIKE OLD LOVE LETTERS.
The kind you find tucked away in an old shoe box years later that immediately brings an entire season rushing back. A reminder of who you were, how they felt, and what you were together. Because a photograph can’t stop time — But it can take you back.
I’M NOT HERE TO MAKE YOU LOOK PERFECT —
I’m here to make you remember.
So come with your wild kids, belly laughs and scratched knees. Come with the toddler who refuses to cooperate, and needs fart sounds to smile. Come exactly as you are.
I’ll take care of the rest.
